Waanzinnig nieuw en mooi resort, mooie tuinen.

Mooie ligging, mooi aangelegde tuinen. Zeer ruime en fijne villa.

2 restaurants, dus voor variatie eventueel met een scooter of taxi naar restaurants buiten het resort. Het leukste was Baan Rim Nam restaurant. Via hen hadden we ook een mooie eilandtoer geboekt en de transfer terug naar Phuket.

The property is absolutely gorgeous- a true gem- modern, new, clean, beautiful interiors and outside areas too. We were in a family room and our children loved the bunk beds, the room was one of the best we’ve stayed in as a family of 5- it was large and we felt so comfortable in it as there was so much space. The bathroom area was so nice and we also loved there was a separate place to store our luggage so we didn’t have to have them taking up space in the room. The pool area is absolutely stunning and our children loved the kids pool and the swim up bedroom. On our first day our little boy fell over and hurt his leg, not badly, but a first aider patched it up and then a while later we got a knock at the door and they bought him a little plate of sweets with the words get well soon. Such great hospitality. The beach was beautiful and we loved the island of Koh Yao Yai. We’d 100% stay again.

Only a couple of things- firstly the food. Some of the food was great, mainly the pool bar area and the Beaches (I think it was called) restaurant. On our first night we did the buffet evening and it was ridiculously overpriced, I don’t even know how they can justify those prices to be honest! For a family of 5 after an automatically added service charge and tax it came to nearly £200 (you don’t even get a drink included) and I don’t personally think that the quality of the food justified the hefty price tag. Also sometimes the quality of the food at breakfast wasn’t amazing, but our kids enjoyed it. We only stayed 3 nights as we were travelling around but I think we’d have got a little bored of the food options if we were staying longer than 3 nights. I also think that they could have included some sort of welcome pack to tell you about the restaurants, the local area, the fact you could hire bikes, the fact you needed to book restaurants, the different activities etc. These were all things we had to find out for ourselves. However the hotel is so new I am sure these things will start to work themselves out. We loved the hotel and would 100% stay again, we just wouldn’t dine in the buffet restaurant.

Absolutamente TODO. Si estás buscando la estancia perfecta has dado con el hotel indicado, no te dejes llevar por el número de valoraciones, hace solo 2 meses de su apertura pero es absolutamente espectacular. Comida inmejorable, personal maravilloso, instalaciones perfectas… Sin duda volveré.

Beautiful property. Terrible service.

The property itself is undeniably beautiful. Right on the beachfront, with cleverly layered design so that nearly all rooms had a sea view. We were lucky enough to be upgraded was given a beachfront villa which honestly was the most beautiful room we ever stayed in. The room was HUGE. Honestly the size of a large apartment. There was a small kitchenette, separate HUGE dining/living room, walk-in wardrobe and humongous bathroom with marble bath and huge shower and toilet as well as asseverate guest toilet. As part of our stay, we were given a host Tiya who was really lovely and was always willing to help but she was the only one.

What massively lets this place down however is the majority of the staff. At breakfast we found that it was incredibly unorganized. There were so many staff members everywhere that they were ultimately no-where. None of them were appointed zones, coffees took ages to be served. Tables quickly got dirty and took a while to be cleared. The breakfast itself was mediocre. Additional all prices within the hotel were actually disgustingly overpriced with the food quality being pretty poor. We ended up renting a motorbike and having dinner outside of the hotel. I wouldn't be surprised if, the staff situation isn't resolved, what could be a paradise will quickly go downhill with no-one wanting to stay there.

Hemos estado en el hotel el segundo día de su apertura y nos encantó. Perfecto para desconectarse y descansar unos días. Está construido con estilo y diseño, todo es nuevo y muy bonito. El personal amable y atento. El desayuno completo y variado. La comida en los restaurantes buena calidad y hay opciones tanto asiáticas como occidentales. La carta de vinos también completa y los precios no son exagerados teniendo en cuenta el nivel del hotel y la ubicación. La playa es muy bonita, da sensación de estar en un paraíso. La piscina del hotel en dos niveles impresionante, con el bar integrado. Los jardines muy cuidados. Hemos estado en una villa de primera linea y es preciosa, con salón comedor y habitación independiente, la piscina y el jacuzzi. Definitivamente volveremos.

Nada, todo es perfecto. Y eso que somos muy exigentes! Lo mejor de todo es que el hotel es nuevo y todo es nuevo y muy cuidado, porque en Tailandia hay muchos resorts bonitos pero que ya necesitan una reforma.

千万不要在BOOKING上订此酒店

酒店很新，设计的很好，景色也很美，硬件非常一流

千万不要在BOOKING上订此酒店！ 1、酒店交通不方便，BOOKING上预订无法包含免费接送机，尤其是接驳船的费用，只有官网预订才有，并且价格与booking接近 2、酒店虽然硬件很好，但整体服务意识不行，酒店的管理存在极大问题，服务人员的经验不足，他们总是面带微笑且看起来忙碌却始终无法解决你的问题。尤其是前台人员服务意识水平无法与此酒店的等级一致 3、酒店的附加费用极高且不灵活，由于我是在booking预订所以无法享受酒店提供的免费送船回普吉的服务（在官网上是否包含此服务差价仅700泰铢/间），但是酒店对于booking上预订的客人只能收钱才提供服务无法提供任何其他便利，且价格夸张到每人2000泰铢，我们2大人1小孩就要6000泰铢甚至约等于再住一晚的价格，与酒店协商没有任何解决方案要么交钱坐酒店的船要么去公共码头买票坐船，公共码头3人价格1000泰铢，他们提供需付费的送车服务但不到2公里的路程价格是300泰铢，这些我们都忍了，但就是如此不合理且昂贵的安排他们及其不重视退房时超过半小时没人去取我们的行李，我半小时电话催促5、6次都没用差点导致误船，酒店服务人员的管理协调水平实在太差。 4、后与其他住客沟通才得知在booking上订房来了之后发现没有送船服务的可以在booking订单中少住一晚，最后一晚改订成酒店官网的便可以让酒店无条件提供服务且他们成功过，酒店应该也知道这种方法但他们不愿意提供这样的帮助和安排，只是希望我们付他们要求的钱。 5、酒店刚开业不久管理服务意识都很差，干嘛都需要花钱，酒店只是希望你住进去paypaypay！作为度假酒店成人和儿童课程大部分都需要额外花钱，仅有的少数免费课程就是纯糊弄人，5分钟放个视频就能教学泰舞。酒店不大住客也不多但你需要的时候就是找不到他们的人，接驳车很多全停在那里当你需要得时候得等10分钟才有人来开。服务意识薄弱前台人员毫无帮客人解决问题的态度，反正就是你不pay她也没任何办法的态度，感觉自己是高傲的安纳塔拉所以你爱住不住。就这样还想做世界豪华酒店品牌歇一歇吧，跟我们这一趟住的美林万豪还有同岛的SANTHIYA差距太大了，先学会怎么经营酒店并服务住客吧

El alojamiento en sí mismo es espectacular. Es un complejo enorme con varias piscinas, habitaciones increíbles, un montón de detalles en la habitación y un desayuno buenísimo. Además la mayoría del personal es muy agradable.

Tuvimos varios percances que nos destrozaron la estancia. Fuimos a cenar al buffet por el que se supone que te cobran 1600bath por persona, pero en ese precio no incluye ni los impuestos ni las bebidas. La cuenta subió a 115€ por dos cenas, una coca cola, un té y una botella de agua… Una salvajada de precio para una calidad mediocre y escasa variedad, todo lo contrario al desayuno. Por otro lado, lo que le baja la nota absolutamente fue el problema que tuvimos con la habitación. Se nos coló una lagartija en la rendija de la puerta del baño. Lo paso realmente mal con esos animales. Cuando están fuera no tengo problema pero si están dentro de la habitación soy incapaz de estar tranquila, lo paso extremadamente mal. Llamamos a recepción y vino un señor con una escoba a intentar sacar al animal, no lo consiguió, así que se fue diciendo que si volvíamos a verlo que llamásemos otra vez. Mi pareja volvió a llamar a recepción ya que yo era incapaz de ir más allá del armario por miedo. Veinte minutos más tarde apareció el mismo señor con un spray para mosquitos, nos lo dio y se fue, dejando al animal en la habitación y a mi muerta de pánico en el armario. Mi pareja tuvo que taponar las rendijas de la puerta con toallas para que yo pudiera cruzar el pasillo y estuvimos toda la noche sin pegar ojo. Al día siguiente se disculparon, nos dejaron ducharnos en otra habitación, nos reservaron un transfer para ir a nuestra siguiente ubicación y nos cobraron el cincuenta por ciento de la cena… Esa fue su solución después de habernos gastado quinientos euros en dormir dos noches allí. Honestamente, poco y mal. No queríamos ninguna compensación, la experiencia se fue al traste y nuestras ganas de repetir desaparecieron por completo.

the location is a bit off - very nice beach but nothing to reach within walking distance

Good enough to return in low season

Everything except the point below

Avani+ breakfast is much more diverse; Territory is too big not that easy to find all the facilities in one day; Baan G - elevator doesn’t work still, we had to go on foot to 3rd floor; Lobby is situated in a non obvious place, as if it’s somewhere in backyard
