Een totale belevenis
Werkelijk een fantastisch resort in alle opzichten, als een sprookje. De kamer met balkon overtreft alle verwachtingen, datzelfde geldt voor de locatie en de prachtige tuinen met zwembaden en strand. Absoluut een aanrader en de stevige prijs waard.
The beach als restaurant viel tegen, Pakarang heeft daarentegen uitstekende Thaise keuken.

Beautiful property. Terrible service.
The property itself is undeniably beautiful. Right on the beachfront, with cleverly layered design so that nearly all rooms had a sea view. We were lucky enough to be upgraded was given a beachfront villa which honestly was the most beautiful room we ever stayed in. The room was HUGE. Honestly the size of a large apartment. There was a small kitchenette, separate HUGE dining/living room, walk-in wardrobe and humongous bathroom with marble bath and huge shower and toilet as well as asseverate guest toilet. As part of our stay, we were given a host Tiya who was really lovely and was always willing to help but she was the only one.
What massively lets this place down however is the majority of the staff. At breakfast we found that it was incredibly unorganized. There were so many staff members everywhere that they were ultimately no-where. None of them were appointed zones, coffees took ages to be served. Tables quickly got dirty and took a while to be cleared. The breakfast itself was mediocre. Additional all prices within the hotel were actually disgustingly overpriced with the food quality being pretty poor. We ended up renting a motorbike and having dinner outside of the hotel. I wouldn't be surprised if, the staff situation isn't resolved, what could be a paradise will quickly go downhill with no-one wanting to stay there.

Exceptional
I love the view, facilities and especially the crews. they helped and resposed every call I asked.
I felt uncomfortable to come and go to the place. The hotel charges too much so I used the public transportation.
